Pt. II of the American practical navigator as revised in 1880, 1903 and 1914, under the direction of the Bureau of Navigation, Navy Department. In the present edition, former tables 28A, 28B 28C, and 28D, Latitude by Polaris; 37, Logarithms for equal altitude sights; 37A, Equation of equal altitudes near noon, have been omitted, while Table 45, Logarithmic and natural haversines; Table 46, Consolidated altitude corrections; Table 47, Longitued factor, and Table 48, Latitude factor, have been added.
